Your Rights Under the CCPA

• Identifiers: such as name, IP address, and email address. Collected from you directly, third‑party data providers, marketing partners, and advertising partners. Used to provide services, market to you, analyze usage, conduct research, maintain security, and meet legal requirements.

• Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute: such as name, address, telephone number, driver’s license or state identification number, employer, social security number, and bank account number. Collected from you and third‑party data providers. Used to perform services you request, offer products on behalf of our network partners, and for analytics, research, security, and compliance.

• Protected classification characteristics: such as age and military status. Collected from you and third‑party data providers. Used to perform services you request and for analytics, research, security, and compliance.

• Commercial information: such as product or service provider sites you choose to navigate to. Collected from you and third‑party data providers. Used to perform services you request, support our network partners, and for analytics, research, and security.

• Biometric data: we do not collect biometric data in connection with our matching service.

• Internet or similar network activity: such as information on your interaction with our website, applications, or advertisements. Collected from your browser and our marketing/advertising partners. Used to perform services, improve the Site, market to you, analyze usage, conduct research, maintain security, and meet legal requirements.

• Geolocation data: such as approximate location. Collected from your device, browser, or partners. Used for fraud prevention, analytics, and to tailor offers, subject to applicable law.

• Sensory data: such as audio, electronic, visual, or similar information. We generally do not collect sensory data as part of our loan‑matching service.

• Professional or employment‑related information: such as current employer and length of employment. Collected from you and third‑party data providers. Used to perform services you request and to support lender underwriting and fraud prevention.

• Inferences drawn from other personal information: such as profiles reflecting your preferences. Collected from third‑party data providers, marketing partners, and advertising partners for analytics, marketing, and security purposes.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf by providing written permission and verifying your identity directly with us.

Right to Know

As a California resident, you have the right to know: (i) the categories of personal information we collected about you; (ii) the sources from which the personal information was collected; (iii) the business or commercial purpose for which it collected or sold the personal information; and (iv) the categories of third parties with which the business shares personal information.

Additional Privacy Rights

You also have the right to: (i) request that we tell you what specific information we have about you; (ii) request that we delete your information; (iii) opt out of having your information sold; and (iv) not be discriminated against for exercising these privacy rights. You may only make a CCPA‑related request twice within a 12‑month period.

Right to Non‑Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless otherwise permitted by the CCPA, we will not deny you goods or services or provide you a different level or quality of goods or services as a result of exercising your rights.

Authorized Agent

California residents can empower an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf. We will require the authorized agent to have written authorization confirming that authority.

How to Submit a Request for Specific Information

You can request access to specific information we have about you by sending an email with the subject line "CCPA Request".

In your request, please provide enough information to identify you, including your full name, physical address, phone number, email address, proof of your identity (for example, a driver’s license or passport), and a description of what right you want to exercise.

Once your request is submitted, we will reach out within the timeframe required by law to verify your identity. After we verify your identity, we will send your information to you in an electronic format. Any personal information we collect from you to verify your identity in connection with your request will be used solely for the purposes of verification.

How to Exercise Your Right to Delete Information

You may request deletion of information we have on file by emailing us with the subject line "CCPA Right to Request or Delete Information".

In your request, please provide your full name, physical address, phone number, date of birth, proof of your identity (for example, a driver’s license or passport), and a description of what right you want to exercise.

Once your request is submitted, we will reach out within the timeframe required by law to verify your identity. After we verify your identity, we will send your information to you in an electronic format. Any personal information we collect from you to verify your identity will be used solely for verification.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

California residents may exercise their CCPA rights by emailing us with the subject line "CCPA Do Not Sell My Information." Include your full name, mailing address, phone number, email, proof of identity, and the right you wish to exercise. We respond within two business days to verify your identity and deliver your data in electronic format. Opting out may limit our ability to connect you with lenders. To opt back in, resubmit your request.

California residents may also email support@quickcashdirect.com with the subject line "CCPA Do Not Sell My Information" and provide sufficient information to verify identity and process the request.

If you opt out, we may be unable to help you find a loan or other products or services that may be of interest to you through our network partners. To opt back in, you may resubmit your request.
